“We got him.” With a crackle from police radios, the community breathed a sigh of relief. After receiving complaints, law enforcement tracked down an unknown male accused of being somewhere. “I watched him from my window for a full 45 minutes,” said one witness, whose own behavior is not concerning at all. “You can’t just stand there – not here,” she added. After confirming that the man wasn’t involved in criminal activity, the cops advised him to exist elsewhere.
