This morning, federal reserve forces arrived in Marin County for a voluntary deployment that the unit’s commander says could go on indefinitely. “Get used to seeing us around - on the streets, and on the trails,” said general Peter Hock, who was wearing those hiking pants that zip off to become shorts. “Also on the beaches, and on the hills. And probably on the ferries, as some of my guys want to go to Pier 39.”
