Marin's dog owners have long envied a certain freedom enjoyed by their mounted counterparts, but a recent 5-1 ruling from the county's highest court levels the playing field. "Poop is poop," read the jurist's opinion. "From this day forward, all solid animal output must be bagged, though horse companions may join canine guardians in leaving the deposits in situ – if neatly tied."
