Larkspur’s historic downtown is the perfect place to open, then quickly close anything from a flower shop to a clothing boutique, the town’s leaders say. “We’ll do a big ribbon cutting and everything," they explained. "Then, when you go under, we’ll throw a going-away party for you!”
